How activity sync works for manually added and imported contacts in Presence®

How website activity syncs to your CRM for contacts added manually or via bulk import.

Overview

Website activity now syncs to your CRM for all contacts — whether they signed up through your website, were added manually, or were imported via bulk CSV. No setup is required if your CRM integration is already connected.

Note: This does not apply to Follow Up Boss. Because of the two-way sync with FUB, enabling activity sync for manually added contacts would cause duplicate activity in that integration.

FAQs

Do I need to do anything to enable this?

No. If your CRM integration is already set up, this is active automatically.

What types of activity sync?

The same activity types as before — property views, saved searches, and other website engagement.

Does this work with all CRM integrations?

Yes — for all supported CRM integrations except Follow Up Boss.

Will this apply to contacts I already imported in the past?

Yes. Activity will sync for any contact in your system, regardless of when or how they were added.
