You can update footer links — including the IABS (Information About Brokerage Services) report — directly in the Presence® Platform through Global Elements.

Tip: If you're updating compliance materials like the IABS, confirm with your brokerage that you're using the latest version before updating the link.

How to update a footer link

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. In the top navigation bar, click the Global Elements icon (four dots).
4. In the left-hand panel, click the dropdown and select Footer.
5. Click Content under the Footer section.
6. Scroll down to the footer content — typically in the Agent Description box — and click Edit. For a better editing experience, click the Full Screen icon.
7. Highlight the link you want to update.
8. In the top toolbar, click the three-dots icon (More options), then click the link icon (paperclip symbol).
9. Update the URL field with the new link.
10. Optionally, update the display text directly in the editor.
11. Click Save, then click Collapse to return to the main editor, then click Save again to publish your changes.

Why do I need to save twice?

The first Save applies changes within the footer content editor. The second Save publishes the updates to your live website. Both steps are required.

Can I update other footer content using these same steps?

Yes. These steps work for any text or link in your footer — not just the IABS report.
