How to add your Google Business profile link

Step 1: Find your Google Business profile URL

  1. Go to business.google.com and sign in to the Google account connected to your business profile.
  2. Select your business listing.
  3. Click Share profile to copy your profile URL.

Tip: You can also search for your business name directly on Google Maps and copy the URL from the address bar when your profile appears.

Step 2: Add the link to your agent bio in Presence®

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
  3. Use the search bar to find your agent profile, or click your name from the list.
  4. Scroll to the Social Media section.
  5. Paste your Google Business profile URL into the Google field.
  6. Click Save.

Note: Make sure your URL starts with a single https:// and does not contain any extra characters before saving. After saving, visit your live agent bio page and click the Google link to confirm it opens your profile correctly.
