How to adjust text size and formatting on a property website in Presence®

How to resize or reformat text elements — including the property address — on a property website, and how this differs from the main website's typography settings.

Overview

On a property website, individual text elements — such as the property address in the hero section — can be resized and reformatted directly in the property website's Website Builder. These changes apply only to that specific property website and do not affect your main website or any other property websites.

This is different from Website Styles → Typography, which controls fonts site-wide on your main Presence® website. If you're trying to adjust text on a property website, you do not need to touch Website Styles.

When to use this

  • The property address in the hero section is wrapping to a second line and you want it to fit on one line
  • You want to make the address or title larger or smaller for a specific listing
  • You want to adjust the font weight or style of a text block on one property website without affecting others

How to adjust text size on a property website

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the Website Type dropdown at the top of the list and select Property Website.
  4. Hover over the property website you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  5. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
  6. Click directly on the text element you want to adjust — for example, the property address in the hero section.
  7. Use the text formatting toolbar that appears to adjust the font size, weight, alignment, or other formatting options.
  8. Click Save.

Changes apply only to this property website and go live immediately.

Tip: If you don't see a formatting toolbar after clicking a text element, try double-clicking the element to enter edit mode.

Important: Do not use Website Styles → Typography to fix a text display issue on a property website. Typography changes there will affect your main site globally and will not change anything on your property websites.

Will adjusting text on one property website affect my other property websites?

No. Each property website is independent — formatting changes made in its Website Builder apply only to that listing's page.

Will adjusting text on a property website affect my main Luxury Presence website?

No. Property websites and your main website have completely separate builders and settings.

Why is the property address wrapping onto a second line?

Long property addresses may wrap when the default font size is too large for the available width on certain screen sizes. Open the property website in the Website Builder, click on the address element, and reduce the font size until the address fits on one line. You can also adjust letter spacing or use abbreviations in the address display text.

What if I don't see font size options when I click on a text element?
