Overview

Metricool is a third-party social media management and analytics tool. It is not a native integration built into the Presence® Platform, but you can connect it yourself by adding Metricool's JavaScript tracking code through the Global Scripts section in Site Settings.

How to connect Metricool to your Presence® website

Step 1: Get your Metricool tracking code

1. Log in to your Metricool account.
2. Navigate to Analyze and select your website connection settings.
3. When Metricool asks you to select a website type, choose JavaScript tag — do not select WordPress or tracking pixel. Luxury Presence websites are not built on WordPress, and the JavaScript tag method is the most reliable integration option.
4. Copy the JavaScript tracking code Metricool provides.

Step 2: Add the code to your Presence® website

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. In the white top navigation bar, click the three-dots icon next to the Edit button.
4. Select Site Settings from the dropdown.
5. Scroll down to Global Scripts and click to expand it.
6. Paste your Metricool JavaScript code into the Header field — this ensures the tracking code loads before your page content.
7. Click Save.

Note: Changes to Global Scripts may take a few minutes to appear on your live site.

Which website type should I select in Metricool — WordPress, tracking pixel, or JavaScript tag?

When connecting Metricool to a Luxury Presence website, always select JavaScript tag. Luxury Presence websites are not built on WordPress, so that option will not work. Where do I paste the Metricool code in the Presence® Platform?

First, confirm the code was pasted into the Header field in Global Scripts and that you clicked Save. Allow a few minutes for changes to propagate. If the code is in place but Metricool still isn't registering your site, contact Metricool support directly — LP support can help with the Global Scripts setup, but cannot troubleshoot Metricool's tracking or account configuration.
