How to filter agents by tag or office on your website

Use Is and Is Not conditions to control exactly which agents appear in your Team Grid or Team Slider element.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

The Filter & Sort panel on Team Grid and Team Slider elements lets you filter which agents appear on your site by tag or office — and you can choose whether to include or exclude a specific value. Select Is to show only agents matching a tag or office, or select Is Not to display every agent who doesn't match. Combine tags and office conditions to display exactly the roster you want on your site.

What you can do with Is / Is Not filtering

• Include a specific group — Show only agents tagged with a specific value (e.g., "Referral") or assigned to a specific office
• Exclude a specific group — Hide agents with a particular tag or filter out a specific office location
• Layer conditions — Combine a tag filter and an office filter together for more precise results

How to filter agents using Is / Is Not logic

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to navigate to the page you want to edit.
4. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
5. Click on the Team Grid or Team Slider element on your page.
6. In the left-hand panel, scroll down and click Filter & Sort.
7. Under Tags or Office, click the Is dropdown and select either Is or Is Not.
8. Click the field next to the dropdown and select the tag or office value you want to filter by.
9. To layer an additional condition, repeat steps 7–8 for the other filter row.
10. Click Save and publish to make your changes live.

Note: Filters apply to all agents displayed in that element. Any agent who doesn't meet all active conditions will not appear in the grid or slider.

FAQs

Can I use Is Not for both Tags and Office at the same time?

Yes — you can set both the Tags and Office rows to Is Not simultaneously. Each condition is evaluated together, so only agents who meet all active filter criteria will be displayed.

What's the difference between Is and Is Not?

Is filters the element to show only agents who match the selected tag or office. Is Not does the opposite — it displays every agent who does not match the selected value. For example, selecting Is Not with the tag "Referral" will display all agents who do not have that tag.

Who has access to Is / Is Not filtering?

Is / Is Not filtering is available on all plans — Launch, Brand, Scale, and All In.

What happens if my filter returns no matching agents?

If no agents meet the active filter conditions, the Team Grid or Team Slider element will appear empty on your site. Review your filter settings to make sure the selected tag or office value has agents assigned to it.

Where do agent tags come from?
