When someone downloads your Branded Mobile App from the App Store and signs up without an invite link, the assigned admin receives a push notification — giving you the chance to follow up while the lead is still engaged.

How it works

  1. A user downloads your Branded Mobile App and signs up without an invite link.
  2. The assigned admin receives a push notification.
  3. The admin can reassign the lead to a team member directly in the app.
  4. The team member receives a notification and can follow up immediately.

No setup is required — this feature is automatically enabled. Make sure push notifications are turned on for the app on your device.

Do I need to configure anything to receive these notifications?

No. The feature is automatically enabled. Confirm that push notifications are turned on for the Branded Mobile App in your device settings.

What if I want to assign the lead to someone else on my team?

You can reassign the lead to a team member directly from within the app after receiving the notification. The team member will receive their own notification to follow up.

Does this work for users who download the app through an invite link?

No. This notification is specifically for organic sign-ups — users who find and download your app from the App Store without using a direct invite link.
