How to invite an agent to access your Presence® website

How to add a new user to your Presence® account so they can manage your website.

How to invite a new agent

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click Users in the left-hand panel.
  5. Click Add New User or the + icon.
  6. Enter the agent's email address and select their role — Admin or Member.
  7. Send the invitation.

The agent will receive an email with instructions to accept the invite and set up their account access. If they don't see it, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.

FAQs

What's the difference between Admin and Member roles?

Admin users have full access to all platform settings including lead routing, CRM integrations, and user management. Member users have more limited access. See [How to make a user an Admin in Presence®] for details on role permissions.

Can the agent start managing the website before accepting the invitation?

No. The agent must accept the invitation and set up their account before they can log in and access the platform.

What if the invitation email expired or was lost?

Resend the invitation from Settings → Users by locating the pending invite and selecting resend. If you need help, contact our support team:
