How to log in to the Luxury Presence Mobile App

Step-by-step login instructions for agents and home buyers or sellers.

Agents

Once your Luxury Presence Mobile App account has been activated, log in using your phone number:

1. Open the app and tap I'm an agent.
2. Enter your phone number and tap Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you by SMS.

Note: If you don't receive the SMS, tap Resend. If you continue to have trouble receiving or entering the code, contact our support team:

Home buyers and sellers

To use the app as a home buyer or seller, you need an invite link from your agent. You can download the app without an invite, but full features — including property search — are only available after accepting an invite.

1. Click the invite link sent by your agent and tap Continue in App — this redirects to the App Store to download the app.
2. After installing, tap I'm a home buyer/seller and enter your email address.
   • New account — fill in your details and create a password
   • Existing account — enter your password to sign in

Already installed the app before receiving an invite? No problem — click the invite link and it will automatically open the app and accept the invite.

What if I haven't received my agent account activation?

Contact our support team to confirm your account is set up and activated before attempting to log in.

Can home buyers use the app without an invite from an agent?

You can download the app without an invite, but full features like property search are only unlocked after accepting an agent's invite link.

The app is only available on iOS — what if I don't have an iPhone?

The Luxury Presence Mobile App is currently iOS only. Clients without an iPhone can use the web-based Home Search experience on your agent's website instead. See [Is the Luxury Presence Mobile App available on Android?].
