How to save and share specific MLS listings with clients in Presence®

Save individual listings and send them to clients directly from the Presence® Platform.

Saved Listings lets you hand-pick specific MLS listings and share them with clients as a curated collection — without sending properties one by one. You can share listings directly to a client via the platform or copy a link to send any way you choose.

How to save a listing

To save listings in Presence®, start from the MLS Search tab:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listings from the left-hand menu.
3. Select MLS Search.
4. Search for listings as usual using location, filters, or keywords.
5. On any listing, click the bookmark icon (to the left of the share icon) to save it.

The listing is now saved and will appear in your Saved Listings tab.

Tip: You can save as many listings as you need — there is no limit.

How to share a listing directly from MLS Search

You can share a listing with a client without saving it first:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listings from the left-hand menu, then select MLS Search.
3. Search for the listing you want to share.
4. Click the share icon (airplane) on the listing.
5. Enter the client's name or email and click Share to.

Tip: Sharing directly is quick for one-off sends. Use Saved Listings when you want to organize properties before sharing, or when you're building a set of listings to share with a client over time.

How to share saved listings with a client

Once you have saved listings, you can share them from the Saved Listings tab:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listings from the left-hand menu.
3. Select Saved Listings.
4. Find the listing you want to share and click the share icon (airplane).
5. Enter the name or email of the client you want to share it with.
6. Click Share to.

Repeat for each listing you want to send to that client.

Note: You can also click Copy link on any saved listing to get a shareable URL — useful if you want to send listings via email, text, or another channel outside the platform.

Is Saved Listings available on all plans?

Yes — Saved Listings is available to all Luxury Presence customers on every plan. No add-on or upgrade is required.

Is there a limit to how many listings I can save?

There is no limit to the number of listings you can save in Presence®.

Can I share multiple saved listings with the same client at once?

You can share listings to a client one at a time from the Saved Listings tab using the share icon. Each share sends that specific listing to the selected client. Saving listings first lets you organize your selections before sending.

What is the difference between Saved Listings and Saved Searches?

Saved Searches automatically send listings to a client that match a set of search filters on a schedule you choose (instant, daily, weekly, or monthly). Saved Listings lets you hand-pick specific properties and share them directly. Use Saved Searches for ongoing automated updates and use Saved Listings when you want to send a specific curated set of homes.

Do I need the Luxury Presence mobile app to share multiple listings with a client?

No — Saved Listings is available in the Presence® Platform on desktop. The mobile app is a separate paid add-on and is not required to save or share listings.
