How to grant domain access to your Porkbun account

How to grant Luxury Presence delegate access to your Porkbun account for domain setup and support.

Sharing access to your Porkbun account allows Luxury Presence to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

  1. Log in to your Porkbun account and go to your Domain Management dashboard.
  2. Find the domain you want to connect, then click Details to expand its settings.
  3. Inside the Details section, find the Config block and click Delegate Access.
  4. In the Delegate Access panel, you'll see the following access level options:
    • Full Access — Grants all permissions, including technical and billing management.
    • Technical Access — Allows management of DNS records, WHOIS information, and email configurations.
    • Billing Access — Permits handling of renewals and payment settings.
  5. Enter domainaccess@luxurypresence.com in the delegate email field.
  6. Select Full Access.
  7. Click the green Grant Access button.
