The Brokerage Listing Network includes privacy controls that let you share private listings while hiding sensitive details. You can also use buyer matching to surface relevant listings for your clients automatically.

Privacy settings for private listings

When adding or editing a private listing, you can hide sensitive information:

• Make Address Private — shows only the city instead of the full address
• Make Price Private — displays "Price Upon Request" instead of the price
• Hide photos — available through privacy settings when creating or editing a listing

Use these options to share listings discreetly within your brokerage without exposing confidential details.

Password-protected client sharing

Private listings saved as pocket listings in the CMS can be password protected for secure client access. If your featured properties section is set to include pocket listings, you can add a password so only clients with the link and password can view the listing.

Note: A dedicated client portal for sharing listings is in development.

Buyer matching

To use automated buyer matching:

1. Add client preferences to a buyer's profile — location, price range, and property features.
2. The platform automatically suggests relevant listings based on those preferences.

FAQs

Can I see if an agent or client viewed my shared listing?

No. View tracking is not currently available. Sharing analytics are in development.

Can I track which listings I've shared?

Not yet. Tracking for shared listings is coming soon.

Who can see my shared private listings?

Listings are only visible within your brokerage network. In the future, you'll be able to control more specifically who you share individual listings with.

How do I share a listing without exposing sensitive details?

Use the privacy settings when creating or editing the listing to hide the price, address, and photos as needed.
