Overview

The Brokerage Listing Network has two main tabs — On-Market for active MLS listings and Private Listings for off-market listings shared within your brokerage. You can filter and sort listings to find what you need quickly.

How to navigate the listing network

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Listing Network.
3. Use the On-Market tab to browse active listings from the MLS, or switch to Private Listings to view off-market listings shared within your brokerage.

Sorting and filtering options

Sort listings by:

• Newest
• Highest Price
• Full Address (A–Z)

Filter listings by:

• Agent
• Price range
• Listing status

How to contact an agent about a listing

When viewing any on-market or private listing, click Contact Agent to send a message. If the agent is a Luxury Presence user, they will receive an email notification.

FAQs

Can I save listing searches?

No. Saved searches are not currently supported.

Will I be notified when a new listing is added?

Not currently. Alerts for listings matching your buyer preferences and weekly email summaries are in development.

Can I share a specific listing directly with another agent?

Not currently. Agents must log into the portal to view listings and contact the listing agent directly. The ability to share specific listings with recommended agents is coming soon.
