How to manage your AI blog content

Understand how your automated blog posts work and what you can do to review, edit, schedule, or stop them.

Overview

SEO-optimized AI blogs automatically write, schedule, and publish blog posts to your website — keeping your content fresh without any writing or uploading required on your part.

Important: SEO-optimized AI blog content is included on Brand, Scale, and All In plans. Contact our support team if you're unsure whether your plan includes this feature.

How to find your blog posts

Your AI-generated blog posts live in the Blog Posts section of the Presence® Platform.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Marketing to expand the submenu, then select AI Blogs.
3. At the top of the page, you'll see your current post ready for review. Scroll down to see all blog posts that have been published through AI Blogs.

From this view, you can see which posts are live and which are scheduled at a glance.

Note: You'll also receive email and in-platform notifications each time a new blog post is ready for review.

What you can do with your blog posts

SEO-optimized blog content gives you full control over your posts. You can edit, reschedule, draft, opt out, or repurpose content at any time.

Edit content

You can edit copy, change images, and align blog posts more closely with your brand voice — before or after they publish.

Note: Editing blog posts can affect SEO performance. Follow SEO best practices when making updates. See How long does it take to rank on Google? for context on how content changes affect rankings.

Opt out

If you no longer want SEO-optimized blog content, you can pause AI Blogs at any time from your plan settings:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Plan & Usage from the sub-menu.
5. Scroll to the AI Services section at the bottom of the page.
6. Toggle AI Blogs off to pause, or on to resume.

Pausing stops new blog posts from being generated and published — it does not delete or affect posts already published. See How do I pause an AI service on my account? for more detail.

Repurpose your content

Share published blog posts in email campaigns, social media posts, or newsletters to extend their reach beyond your website.

FAQs

Which plans include SEO-optimized blog content?

SEO-optimized blog content is included on Brand, Scale, and All In plans. If you're unsure which plan you're on, contact our support team and they can confirm:

What happens if I don't review or edit a blog post before it publishes?

If you take no action, your blog post will auto-publish 2 days after you receive the notification email. No action is required on your part for it to go live.

Can I stop a blog post from publishing?

Yes, you can stop a blog post from publishing. Prevent a post from auto-publishing by moving it to Draft mode before the 2-day window closes. Once it's in Draft, you can publish it manually whenever you're ready.

Will my blog posts affect my website layout or structure?

No, your blog posts will not affect your website layout or structure. AI-generated blog posts are separate from your site's visual layout and do not change your site structure in any way.

Can I customize the topics my blog posts cover?

AI-generated blog post topics are not customizable at this time. However, you can select which neighborhoods you'd like your blog posts to focus on by updating your Preferred Locations in Settings.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. In the left-hand panel, click Content.
5. Under Preferred Locations, select the neighborhoods you want to prioritize.
6. Click Save.

Your SEO blogs will now focus on the selected neighborhoods.
