Overview

A loading screen is the first visual visitors see while your website content loads. Adding a custom logo or animation gives your site a polished, branded feel from the very first moment.

How to add or edit a loading screen

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
4. From the left-hand panel, select Website Branding.
5. Check the box labeled Enable Loading Screen.
6. Hover over the loading screen preview square and click the pen icon.
7. In the Media Gallery:
   • Click Upload Files to add a new image, or
   • Click My Images to select an existing image
8. Select the image and click Assign Selected.
9. Click Save in the top-right corner.

Tip: Upload a .gif file for an animated loading screen.
