Overview

You can download any presentation as a PDF directly from the Presentations page or from within the editor. The downloaded PDF maintains the same layout, branding, and visuals as the live version.

How to download a presentation

From the Presentations page:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Presentations.
3. Hover over the presentation you want to download and click the Share Presentation icon (arrow icon).
4. In the pop-up window, click Download.

From inside the editor:

Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the editor, then click Download.

Your presentation will download automatically as a PDF file. Depending on the number of slides, the PDF may take up to 60 seconds to generate.
