Can I display sold TRREB listings on my website?

The difference between IDX and VOW data feeds and why sold TRREB listings must be added manually.

Overview

Luxury Presence currently supports IDX feeds only for TRREB. VOW feeds are not supported, which means sold listing data from TRREB cannot be automatically synced to your website. You can still display sold TRREB listings by adding them manually.

How to display your sold TRREB listings

Since sold listing data doesn't sync automatically through the IDX feed, you can add sold TRREB listings manually through Content → Properties. Why doesn't Luxury Presence support VOW feeds for TRREB?

VOW feeds require a direct data feed agreement with the MLS and stricter compliance requirements, including visitor sign-in. Luxury Presence currently uses IDX feeds for TRREB, which provide broad listing access without requiring visitor sign-in, but don't include sold listing data.

Can I display my sold TRREB listings?

Yes, but only by adding them manually. Since sold data isn't included in the IDX feed Luxury Presence supports for TRREB, you can manually add sold listings through Content → Properties. See How to add a listing to your website.

Will VOW support be added in the future?
