This article applies to TRREB (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board) clients only.

Luxury Presence currently supports IDX feeds only for TRREB. VOW feeds are not supported, which means sold listing data from TRREB cannot be automatically synced to your website.

Can I display my sold TRREB listings?

Yes — but only by adding them manually. Since VOW sold data doesn't sync automatically, you can manually add sold listings through Content → Properties. See [How to add a property listing to your Presence® website] for instructions.

Why doesn't Luxury Presence support VOW feeds?

VOW feeds require a direct data feed agreement with the MLS and stricter compliance requirements. Luxury Presence currently uses IDX feeds, which provide broad listing access without requiring visitor sign-in.
