Why can't users opt in to texting separately from registration?

All users must explicitly opt in to receive text messages during the registration process on your site — Luxury Presence doesn't offer a way to register without opting in, or an opt-out model where texting is on by default with an option to decline later. This is because there's currently no way to notify downstream platforms if a user opts out after registering, so requiring explicit opt-in at registration is the only way to guarantee every user has properly consented to receive text messages.

How can users opt out of text messages?

Users can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message they receive. Once they do:

• If you're using AI Lead Nurture, the user is automatically removed from further messages
• If you're using a third-party texting tool, make sure your system honors opt-outs immediately

Can I customize the texting language in my Privacy Policy?

Yes. You can replace the default Privacy Policy with your own fully customized version. Individual edits to the built-in policy are not supported.

How do I update the opt-in text shown during registration?
