Luxury Presence offers two home valuation elements for capturing seller leads. Both collect homeowner information, but they differ in how valuations are delivered and which markets they support.

Instant Home Valuation element

Provides homeowners with an automated home value estimate in real time, powered by ATTOM data. The valuation displays immediately on screen and is also sent to the seller by email. Includes built-in calls to action to contact or schedule a consultation with the agent.

Best for: U.S.-based agents focused on seller lead generation who want to provide immediate value to high-intent sellers.

Limitations: Supports U.S. addresses only. Best suited for residential property types supported by ATTOM. Not available for international agents or unsupported property types.

Home Valuation element

Functions as a lead capture form only — it does not generate an automated estimate. Collects homeowner contact information and property details for manual agent follow-up. The agent delivers a custom CMA or valuation after reviewing the submission.

Best for: Agents outside the United States, or teams that prefer a manual valuation process.

Limitations: Requires manual follow-up to deliver a valuation. No automated estimate is provided to the visitor.

Which should you use?

Use Instant Home Valuation if you are a U.S.-based agent and want to provide sellers with an immediate automated estimate while capturing high-intent leads.

Use the Home Valuation element if you are located outside the U.S., work with property types not supported by ATTOM, or prefer to deliver valuations manually after collecting lead information.

Can I use Instant Home Valuation for international properties?

No. Instant Home Valuation supports U.S. addresses only. For international addresses or unsupported property types, use the Home Valuation element instead.
