Common issues and solutions

Changes not appearing on the live property website

1. Confirm you clicked Publish or Save after making changes
2. Clear your browser cache and reload the page
3. View the site in an incognito or private browsing window
4. Wait a few minutes — changes occasionally take a moment to propagate
5. Confirm you edited in the correct location — Content tab for property data, Website Builder for design elements

Content tab changes not updating on the property website

You may have overridden that field in the Website Builder. Go to the Website Builder, click on the relevant element, and check whether it contains custom content. If so, clear it to allow the Content tab data to display again. See [How to revert a Website Builder override].

Can't find the property website to edit

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu.
3. Click the Website Type dropdown at the top and select Property Website.
4. Your property websites will be filtered to the top of the list.

Images not uploading or displaying

• Confirm images are in a supported format — JPEG or PNG
• Compress images to reduce file size before uploading
• Resize to recommended dimensions — 1920 x 1200px for most property images
• Clear your browser cache if images uploaded but aren't showing

Virtual tour or video not embedding

• Confirm you're using a supported platform — Matterport, YouTube, or Vimeo
• Verify you're pasting the correct embed code or URL in the right format
• Check that the video or tour is set to Public or Unlisted — Private content cannot be embedded

FAQs

I updated the price in the Content tab but the old price is still showing on my property website — why?

The price field may have been overridden in the Website Builder. Go to the Website Builder, find the price element, and clear any custom content so the Content tab data flows through. If the price element shows no custom content but the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try again.

My property website isn't showing after I published it — what should I do?

First, clear your browser cache and view the site in an incognito window. If it still isn't showing, confirm the property website is published and not in draft status. If the issue persists after 10 minutes, contact our support team:
