How to view website analytics in Presence®

A guide to each section of your Analytics dashboard and what the key metrics mean.

Overview

Your Presence® Platform includes a built-in Analytics dashboard to help you understand how your website is performing, where your traffic is coming from, and how effectively you're converting visitors into leads.

Important: Website Analytics are not available on the Launch plan. If you're on Launch and don't see Analytics in your menu, upgrading your plan will unlock this feature. Contact our support team for more information.

How to access Analytics

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Analytics from the left-hand menu.

You'll see five sub-sections: Building Awareness, Driving Visitors, Getting Leads, Establishing Trust, and Products and Services.

Building Awareness

The Building Awareness section shows how your website is performing in search results — specifically on Google. Use this section to understand your search visibility and keyword rankings.

Key metrics

Branded vs. Non-Branded Keywords Branded keywords include searches for your name or business (e.g., "Jade Mills Real Estate"). Non-branded keywords are more general (e.g., "Beverly Hills real estate"). Growing your non-branded keyword rankings means you're reaching buyers and sellers who don't already know you.

Average Position Your site's average ranking position in Google search results. The lower the number, the better — position 1 is the top result. Track this over time to see whether your SEO efforts are moving you up the rankings.

Top 10 Keywords The number of your keywords that rank within the top 10 Google results. Top 10 rankings drive the most clicks — this number is a key indicator of your search visibility.

Impressions The number of times your website appeared in search results. Impressions measure visibility, not clicks — a high impression count with low clicks may indicate your titles or descriptions need improvement.

Total Impressions by Channel Breaks down impressions between Google Ads and Organic Search so you can see which channel is generating more visibility.

Cumulative Total Impressions The total number of times your site has appeared in search results over the past six months. Use this to track visibility trends over time.

Keywords by Clicks and Impressions Shows which specific keywords are driving the most engagement — useful for identifying what content is performing and where to invest more effort.

Driving Visitors

The Driving Visitors section shows how many people are visiting your site and how engaged they are once they arrive. Use this section to evaluate whether your marketing efforts are bringing in the right traffic.

Key metrics

Engagement Rate The percentage of sessions where visitors stay on a page for at least 10 seconds and take an action — clicking, scrolling, or submitting a form. Aim for 50% or higher and track for growth over time. A low engagement rate may indicate your content or page experience needs improvement.

Average User Engagement The average time visitors spend on your website per session. Aim for 60 seconds or more. Low average engagement time may indicate visitors aren't finding what they're looking for.

Total Website Sessions Total visits to your site per month. Some month-to-month fluctuation is normal — look for steady growth quarter over quarter rather than reacting to individual monthly dips.

Sessions by Channel Shows where your traffic is coming from — organic search, paid ads, referrals, direct, and other sources. Use this to identify your most effective marketing channels and where to focus investment.

Getting Leads

The Getting Leads section tracks how effectively your website converts visitors into leads. It also includes performance data for AI Lead Nurture if that feature is enabled on your account.

Note: AI Lead Nurture metrics are only visible if AI Lead Nurture is active on your account. If you don't see these metrics or want to add AI Lead Nurture, contact our support team.

Key metrics

Website Conversion Rate The percentage of visitors who become leads by submitting a form or creating an account. This is the core measure of how well your website turns traffic into business opportunities.

Engaged Leads A month-over-month trend showing growth in lead engagement. Use this to track whether your lead volume is growing over time.

Paid vs. Organic Leads Compares leads generated from paid campaigns against leads from organic sources. Use this to understand the ROI of your paid advertising relative to your organic efforts.

Cost per Lead Tracks lead costs for any campaigns managed by Luxury Presence. Only visible for customers with managed campaigns.

AI Lead Nurture metrics (if enabled)

  • Warm Lead Handoffs — Leads marked "ready for follow-up" and passed to you by the AI
  • Lead Reply Rate — The percentage of leads who respond to AI Lead Nurture messages
  • Lead Handoff Rate — The percentage of total leads that reach "ready for follow-up" status
  • Messages Sent by AI — The total number of automated messages your AI specialist has sent

Establishing Trust

The Establishing Trust section shows performance data for your Google Business Profile. Use this section to monitor your local search visibility and online reputation.

Key metrics

Total Clicks How often users clicked on your Google Business Profile in search results or Google Maps.

Direction Requests The number of users who requested directions to your business from your Google Business Profile. A useful indicator of local intent — people actively looking to visit you.

New Reviews & Average Rating Tracks your review volume and average star rating over time. Consistent new reviews and a strong average rating improve your local search visibility and build buyer and seller trust.

Business Citations The number of online listings that have been created or verified with accurate NAP information — name, address, and phone number. Consistent citations across directories are a key local SEO signal.

Cumulative Impressions (Search & Maps) The total number of times your Google Business Profile appeared in Google Search and Google Maps results.

Device Breakdown Shows whether users are finding your Google Business Profile on mobile or desktop. Most local searches happen on mobile — use this to ensure your profile and website are optimized for mobile visitors.

Products and Services

The Products and Services section gives you a snapshot of the tools and content active on your Presence® Platform account. Use this section to track your published content and client activity.

Key metrics

Number of Agents The count of CMS agent profiles on your account.

Published Content Tracks how many blog posts, presentations, and single property sites you've published. Growing this number over time contributes to your SEO and lead generation.

Saved Searches Shows how many saved searches your clients have set up and are actively using — an indicator of buyer engagement with your website.

Property Views Tracks views of your one-click property sites and property detail pages.

Recent Blog Posts Displays your most recently published blog posts.

FAQs

Why don't I see Analytics in my Presence® Platform?

Analytics is not available on the Launch plan. If you're on Launch and want access to the Analytics dashboard, contact our support team to discuss upgrading your plan.

What's a good engagement rate for my website?

Aim for an engagement rate of 50% or higher. This measures the percentage of sessions where visitors stay for at least 10 seconds and take an action. If your rate is consistently below 50%, it may indicate your page content or user experience needs improvement.

What's a good average session duration?

Aim for 60 seconds or more. Visitors who spend more time on your site are more likely to be genuinely interested in your content and services. A low average session duration may mean visitors aren't finding what they're looking for quickly enough.

What's the difference between impressions and clicks?

Impressions count how many times your website or Google Business Profile appeared in search results. Clicks count how many times someone actually clicked through. You can have high impressions and low clicks — this often means your page title or meta description needs to be more compelling.

I don't see AI Lead Nurture metrics in my Getting Leads section — why?
