How to customize the default map location and MLS data feeds for a specific website.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

The Home Search Tool uses account-level map and MLS settings by default. If you manage multiple websites for different markets — such as separate agent subdomains or regional office sites — you can override these defaults per site to show the right local map view and MLS data.

How to customize map and MLS settings for a website

To override the default map location and MLS data feeds for a specific website:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the three-dots icon in the top navigation bar next to Edit.
  4. Select Site Settings from the dropdown.
  5. In the left-hand panel, click Map & Listing Data under the Home Search submenu.
  6. Toggle off Use map assigned to account to unlock customization.
  7. Enter your preferred location in the Google Location bar and use the map to zoom in on the area you want to set as the default view.
  8. Toggle off Sync all MLS Boards.
  9. Use the dropdown to select the MLS boards applicable to this site's market.
  10. Click Save.

Once saved, this website uses its own custom map location and MLS boards instead of the account-level defaults.

Who should use this feature?

This is most useful for teams and brokerages managing multiple websites for different markets — for example, separate sites for regional offices or agent subdomains serving different geographic areas.

Will changes here affect my other websites?

No. These settings are site-specific. Customizing the map and MLS boards for one website does not affect other websites on your account.

What if I want to revert to the account-level settings?

Toggle Use map assigned to account back on and toggle Sync all MLS Boards back on. Click Save to restore the account defaults for that site.

Can I customize Home Search settings for a website from the mobile app?

No, customizing map and MLS settings for a website is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
