Your contact limit defines the size of your active pipeline, not a cap on your database. Contacts beyond your plan's allocation are still stored and accessible — they just won't receive full AI-powered features.

What the platform does for each contact

When a contact is active in AI CRM, the platform works them automatically:

• Daily Action Plan — Surfaces contacts when they're due for a touchpoint and generates personalized message drafts to support timely outreach
• Contact scoring — Uses AI to score each contact for their likelihood to transact, based on recency of engagement, life event signals, listing and home value activity, and inbound lead behavior
• Life event monitoring — Tracks signals such as job changes, marriages, new babies, and anniversaries, and surfaces them as call triggers in the Daily Action Plan
• Saved Searches — Sends contacts automated alerts when a relevant property hits the market
• Home Value Reports — Tracks homeowner interest in their property's value

Going over your contact limit is not an immediate hard block. If you exceed your plan's allocation, you'll receive a notification. You'll then have until your next billing period to either reduce your contact count or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. If no action is taken, the system will begin archiving contacts on your behalf.
