How many contacts and users does Brand include?

Brand includes up to 3,000 contacts in the AI CRM and supports up to 3 users.

Is the advertising budget included in my plan fee?

No. Your plan covers the tools, management, and optimization for running ads. The actual ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta and is billed separately. The Brand plan supports managed ad budgets up to $1,000/month.

Is Social Media Management included in Brand?

Social Media Management is not included in Brand by default. It is available as a paid add-on on the Brand plan.

Can I add AI lead nurture to my Brand plan?

Yes. AI lead nurture via SMS is available as a paid add-on on the Brand plan. It is included by default starting on the Scale plan.

Can I upgrade from Brand to a higher plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to Scale or All-In at any time without restarting your annual term or paying an additional setup fee.
