Overview

You can add certification badges and credentials to your agent profile in two places — the bio field and the dedicated license number field. The bio field supports both text and uploaded badge images. The license number field displays separately from your bio.

How to add certifications to your agent profile

Step 1: Navigate to your agent profile

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
3. Use the search bar to find your name, or click your profile from the list.

Step 2: Add your license number

On the agent details screen, scroll below the short form bio field to find the License Number field. Enter your state real estate license number here — for example, "CA DRE #01234567." This displays separately from your bio on your agent profile.

Step 3: Add certifications to your bio

You have three options for adding certifications to your bio field:

Option A — Add certification text Type your certifications directly into the Bio field — for example, "Jane Smith, GRI, CRS, ABR." You can place them at the beginning or end of your bio. The bio field supports HTML formatting, so you can use bold, italics, or bullet points to organize your credentials.

Option B — Add certification badge images

1. In the Bio field, place your cursor where you want the badge to appear.
2. Click Open Media Gallery.
3. Click My Images to select a previously uploaded badge, or Upload Files to upload a new one.
4. Select the badge image.
5. Click Assign Selected.

Option C — Combine text and images Use both text and badge images together for maximum impact — badge images for visual recognition and text for SEO clarity.

Step 4: Save your changes

Click Save in the top-right corner.

Official badge images can be downloaded from the NAR member portal, luxury certification organizations like CLHMS and GUILD, and your state REALTOR® association website.

Can I add a dedicated certifications section to my agent page?
