The Presence® Website Builder includes video elements for general pages, a homepage hero section, and specific detail page types. Most video elements work on general pages — five are restricted to specific page types.

Elements for general pages

Use these elements on any page — homepage, about page, property showcase pages, or anywhere displaying video content that isn't tied to a specific listing, agent, development, or neighborhood.

Featured Video

A prominent video element for highlighting a single important video. Use for property tours, agent introductions, testimonials, or any video you want to feature as the main content on a page or section.

Featured Video with Socials

A Featured Video with social media sharing buttons. Use when you want visitors to be able to share the video directly to their social media accounts from your website.

Featured Video Carousel

Multiple videos displayed in a rotating carousel format visitors can browse through. Use when you have a collection of related videos — multiple property tours, a series of testimonials, or a portfolio of agent introduction videos.

Video Gallery

A collection of multiple videos in a grid or list layout. Visitors click a video to play it. Use for a dedicated video library page where visitors can browse and select from your full video content.

Gallery Style Menu Featured Video Custom Height

A video element with customizable height, integrated with gallery-style navigation.

Property Video

A video element for property tours or showcases embedded on a property detail page. Use on individual listing pages to give buyers an immersive view of the property. Only works on property detail pages.

Virtual Tour

A 360-degree or interactive property tour, typically embedded from a third-party platform. Use on property detail pages when you have an interactive tour to offer buyers beyond standard video. Only works on property detail pages.

Agent Video

A video introduction or profile for an individual agent. Use on agent detail pages to give visitors a personal connection with the agent. Only works on agent pages.

Agent Intro Full Bleed Featured Video

A full-width, edge-to-edge video introduction for an agent. Creates a more dramatic, immersive presentation than the standard Agent Video. Use on agent pages when the design calls for a high-impact full-width video at the top of the page. Only works on agent pages.

Development Video

A video showcasing a property development — amenities, location, and construction progress. Use on development detail pages to bring the development to life visually. Only works on development pages.

Neighborhood Video

A video tour or overview of a neighborhood showcasing area lifestyle, attractions, and amenities. Use on neighborhood detail pages when video content tells the neighborhood story more effectively than photos and text. Only works on neighborhood pages.

What's the difference between Featured Video Carousel and Video Gallery?

Featured Video Carousel displays videos in a rotating slider format — visitors browse through them one at a time. Video Gallery displays videos in a grid or list layout — visitors see all videos at once and click to play one. Use Featured Video Carousel for a curated selection of key videos and Video Gallery for a full browsable library.

What's the difference between Agent Video and Agent Intro Full Bleed Featured Video?

Both are video elements for agent pages. Agent Video is a standard embedded video player. Agent Intro Full Bleed Featured Video fills the full width of the page for a more dramatic, immersive presentation. Use Agent Video for a straightforward video profile and the full bleed version when your design calls for a high-impact hero-style video at the top of the agent page.

Can I add captions to my videos?

For embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, upload captions directly through those platforms — they'll carry through to the embedded player on your website. Direct upload videos do not have a built-in caption feature in the Website Builder.

Should I upload my video or embed it from YouTube or Vimeo?

For most video content, host on YouTube or Vimeo and embed the URL — it offers better streaming performance with no file size restrictions. Direct upload is best for short looping background clips under 30 seconds and under 50 MB.
