Why your Featured Properties Showcase shows "No Content" in Presence®

How to fix a Featured Properties Showcase that isn't displaying any listings.

Overview

If your Featured Properties Showcase is showing a "No Content" message, it almost always means one of two required steps is incomplete — either the properties haven't been marked as Featured in the CMS, or the Featured Listing filter hasn't been enabled in the showcase element settings. Both steps are required.

How to fix it

Step 1: Mark properties as Featured in the CMS

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
  3. Click the property you want to feature.
  4. Check the box labeled Featured listings in the property details.
  5. Click Save.

Repeat for each property you want to appear in the showcase.

Step 2: Enable the Featured Listing filter in the showcase element

  1. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  2. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page where the Featured Properties Showcase is located.
  3. Click Edit in the top-right corner, then click the showcase element to open its settings.
  4. Scroll to the Filter & Sort section.
  5. Check the box labeled Featured Listing.
  6. Click Save.

Important notes

  • Both steps are required — marking properties as Featured in the CMS and enabling the Featured Listing filter in the element are separate steps. Completing only one will not fix the "No Content" message.
  • Allow 10–15 minutes for changes to appear — updates to Featured Listings may take up to 15 minutes to propagate and display on your live website.

FAQs

I marked properties as Featured but the showcase is still empty — why?

Check that the Featured Listing filter is also enabled in the showcase element's Filter & Sort settings. Both steps are required — marking a property as Featured in the CMS does not automatically configure the element to display it.

How long does it take for Featured Listings to appear after I save?

Changes may take approximately 10–15 minutes to propagate to your live website. If the showcase is still empty after 15 minutes and both steps are complete, contact our support team:

Can I feature any property regardless of its status?

Yes — you can mark any property as Featured in Content → Properties regardless of its listing status. The Featured designation is independent of the property's active/sold/pending status.

I've enabled the Featured Listing filter but some properties still aren't showing — what else should I check?

Check the price filter in the Featured Properties Showcase settings. Listings below the minimum price threshold will be excluded even if they're marked as featured. Adjust the threshold to include lower-priced listings if needed.

How long does it take for a newly featured property to appear in the showcase?

Updates to Featured Listings can take 10–15 minutes to propagate and display on your live website.
