Why are my agent tiles not centered on my team page?

Why the last row of agent tiles defaults to left-aligned, what you can control yourself, and how to request a centered layout from Luxury Presence.

Overview

There is no self-serve option in the Website Builder to change the alignment of agent tiles on a team page. When the total number of agents doesn't fill the last row evenly, the remaining tiles default to left-aligned — and centering them requires a custom code change applied by Luxury Presence.

What you can control yourself

From within the Website Builder, you can:

  • Add, remove, or reorder agents on the team page (see How to display agents on your website in Presence®)
  • Change the number of agents displayed per row by selecting a different element layout
  • Choose a different agent display element that may fit your preferred layout better (see Which agent, team, or office element should I use in the Presence® Website Builder?)

There is no alignment toggle, centering control, or row justification setting in the element settings panel for agent grid elements.

How to request centered or custom agent tile alignment

If you want the last row of agents centered — or want a specific alignment applied to your team page grid — contact our support team. Luxury Presence can apply a custom CSS solution to achieve the layout you need.

Tip: To describe your request clearly, try something like: "I'd like the last row of agent tiles on my team page to be center-aligned instead of left-aligned."

Tip: If you want to avoid an uneven last row altogether, adjust how many agents you display so the total is a multiple of your grid's per-row count. For example, if your grid shows 3 tiles per row and you have 7 agents, adding or removing one agent will fill the grid evenly with no partial last row.

Why are my agent tiles left-aligned on the last row of the team page?

Agent tiles on team pages use a grid layout that fills left to right. When the number of agents doesn't divide evenly into the grid, the remaining tiles on the last row default to left-aligned. This is standard behavior and is not adjustable from the Website Builder settings panel.

Is there an alignment option in the element settings panel?

There is no alignment option in the element settings panel for agent grid elements.
