Why are my website links showing in blue?

How to find and update link colors on your Presence® website.

Overview

If links on your Presence® website are appearing in the default blue color instead of your brand colors, you can update them directly in Website Styles.

How to change link colors on your website

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
  4. Select Buttons from the left-hand menu.
  5. Select Hyperlink.
  6. Update the link color to match your brand using the color picker or a HEX code.
  7. Click Save.

Links are still blue on listing or property pages

If blue links appear on a property website, those colors are managed separately from your main site's Website Styles and will not automatically inherit your site-wide settings.

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the property website and select the pen icon.
  3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
  4. Select Buttons from the left-hand menu.
  5. Select Hyperlink.
  6. Update the link color to match your brand using the color picker or a HEX code.
  7. Click Save.

Note: If blue links appear on IDX search results or MLS listing detail pages (not a standalone property website), those colors may be controlled by your IDX theme settings. Contact our support team for assistance.

If you've updated your color settings but links are still appearing blue, try:

I changed the link color on my main site but it's still blue on listing pages. Is that normal?

Yes — property websites and IDX listing pages have their own color settings that do not automatically inherit changes from your main site. You will need to update the colors separately for each property website, or contact our support team for IDX listing page adjustments.

I don't know my brand's HEX code. How do I find it?

Your brand's HEX code can usually be found in your brand style guide or by asking your graphic designer. You can also use a free browser color picker extension to sample a color directly from your logo or other brand materials.
