If you received an email from BrightMLS or Constellation saying your MLS service was canceled, no action is needed — your MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data service with Luxury Presence should not be interrupted. This notice is related to a change in how Luxury Presence receives your MLS data, not a change to your account or service with us.

Why you may have received this notice

Luxury Presence previously used Constellation as an intermediary provider to receive MLS data on your behalf. We have since transitioned to receiving data directly from BrightMLS for a more reliable feed. As part of this transition, some clients may receive a cancellation notice from BrightMLS or Constellation referencing the old data connection — even though your MLS data service with Luxury Presence continues without interruption.

What this means for your Luxury Presence service

Your MLS data service with Luxury Presence should not be interrupted by this notice. No action is needed on your end at this time. If anything about your account does require action, Luxury Presence will reach out to you directly.
