What happens to your AI Lead Nurture conversation history when downgrading from Leads Pro, and how to save it before you do.

Yes. If you downgrade from the Leads Pro plan to Launch+, your AI Lead Nurture (Alex) conversation history is permanently deleted — not archived. This cannot be undone, and the data cannot be recovered even if you upgrade again later.

How to save your data before downgrading

Export your lead data as a CSV

This captures all lead records including name, email, phone, source, and activity — but not full AI conversation transcripts.

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the three-dots icon at the top of the contacts list.
  4. Select Download CSV.

Review and copy individual AI conversation transcripts

Full AI Lead Nurture conversation history — including messages, AI statuses, and timestamps — can only be reviewed on a per-contact basis. There is no bulk export for conversation transcripts.

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. Open a contact's profile.
  4. Click the Messages tab to view the full conversation history with that lead.

Copy or document any conversations you want to keep before requesting your downgrade.

FAQs

Does the CSV export include AI conversation transcripts?

No. The CSV export includes lead data fields (name, email, phone, source, activity) but not the full SMS or AI message history. To review transcripts, you need to open each contact's Messages tab individually.

Is there any way to recover the data after downgrading?

No. Once the downgrade is processed, AI Lead Nurture conversation history is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
