How to connect your CRM to Presence® using Zapier

How to set up a Zapier integration to automatically send lead data from your Luxury Presence website to your CRM.

Overview

Zapier connects Luxury Presence to thousands of CRMs and marketing platforms by automating lead data transfers. This is a one-way sync — lead data and activity flow from Luxury Presence to your CRM only. Data cannot be sent from a CRM back into Luxury Presence via Zapier.

Note: You must have your own Zapier account. Luxury Presence does not provide Zapier access.

What data Zapier sends to your CRM

When a lead is captured or takes action on your website, Zapier can send the following data fields to your CRM:

  • leadId, leadEmail, leadFirstName, leadLastName, leadPhoneNumber, leadSource
  • activityType, activityMessage
  • activityListingAddress, activityListingCity, activityListingState, activityListingZip, activitySourceUrl
  • assignedAgent.firstName, assignedAgent.lastName, assignedAgent.emailAddress

How to set up the Zapier integration

Step 1: Access Luxury Presence on Zapier

  1. Go to the Luxury Presence app on Zapier — [link]
  2. Log in to your Zapier account.
  3. Click Accept and Build Zap.

Step 2: Create a new Zap

  1. Go to My Zaps and click Make a Zap.

Step 3: Set up the trigger

  1. Select Luxury Presence (version 1.0.8 or newer) as the trigger app.
  2. Choose New Lead as the trigger event.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Click Sign in to Luxury Presence and log in with your Presence® Platform credentials.
  5. Click Test & Continue to confirm the trigger is working.

Step 4: Connect your CRM as the action

  1. Search for your CRM or email marketing platform.
  2. Select an action event — for example, Create Person, Create Lead, or Create Contact.
  3. Sign in to your CRM account and follow the prompts to complete the mapping.
  4. Click Continue, test the Zap, and activate it.

FAQs

Do I need my own Zapier account?

Yes. Luxury Presence does not provide Zapier access — you'll need your own account at zapier.com.

What Zapier plan do I need?

Zapier's free plan is compatible with basic Luxury Presence integrations but has limited functionality — particularly for advanced features like lead routing, filtering, and multi-step Zaps. For premium apps and advanced workflows, a paid plan is required. Zapier's Starter Plan is recommended.

Can Zapier send data from my CRM back into Luxury Presence?

No. The Zapier integration is one-way only — data flows from Luxury Presence to your CRM. Syncing data back into Luxury Presence is not supported via Zapier.

Does this work with KvCore?

Yes. In step 4, search for KvCore as the action app and select your preferred action event — such as Create Lead or Create Contact. The rest of the setup follows the same steps as any other Zapier integration.

Does this work with Mailchimp?

Yes. In step 4, search for Mailchimp as the action app and select your preferred action event — such as Add/Update Subscriber or Create Campaign. The rest of the setup follows the same steps as any other Zapier integration.

Does this work with Realvolve?

Yes. In step 4, search for Realvolve as the action app and select your preferred action event — such as Create Person or Create Contact. Map the fields from Luxury Presence to Realvolve as prompted, then test and activate the Zap. The rest of the setup follows the same steps as any other Zapier integration.

Does this work with Constant Contact?

Yes. In step 4, search for Constant Contact as the action app and select your preferred action event — such as Create Contact or Add Contact to List. The rest of the setup follows the same steps as any other Zapier integration.

Does this work with BombBomb?

Yes. In step 4, search for BombBomb as the action app and select your preferred action event — such as Add Contact or Send Video Email. The rest of the setup follows the same steps as any other Zapier integration.
