To launch a Branded Mobile App through Luxury Presence, you need an Apple Developer account. This guide walks you through enrollment, payment, and granting Luxury Presence delegate access so our team can publish and maintain your app on your behalf.

Note: Apple charges a $99 annual fee for a developer account. Once paid, forward your receipt to your Branded Mobile App Onboarding Manager — Luxury Presence will apply a $99 credit to your account to cover your first year only.

Step 1: Check requirements

Before enrolling, confirm you have:

• An Apple device — required to complete enrollment
• An Apple ID — needed for the Developer Program. If you're concerned about sharing your personal Apple ID, create a new one at account.apple.com specifically for your app
• A valid credit card — to pay the $99 annual membership fee

Step 2: Enroll in the Apple Developer Program

1. Go to developer.apple.com/programs/enroll.
2. Click Start your enrollment and sign in with your Apple ID.

Step 5: Grant Luxury Presence delegate access

Once Apple approves your enrollment:

1. Go to App Store Connect → Users & Access.
2. Click the + icon to add a new user.
3. Enter the following details:
   • First Name: Luxury
   • Last Name: Presence
   • Email: managebma@luxurypresence.com
   • Role: Admin — ensure all permission boxes are checked
4. Notify your Branded Mobile App Onboarding Manager once access has been granted so our team can proceed with app setup.

Keeping your app up to date

To keep your app running and compatible with the latest systems:

• Sign periodic agreements — Apple requires you to sign authorization agreements so we can publish updates on your behalf. Without these, your app won't receive updates.
• Maintain account access — Luxury Presence needs continuous access to your developer account to perform updates and maintenance.
• Renew annually — your Apple Developer Membership renews each year at $99. If it expires, your app will be removed from the App Store.

Missing too many updates can cause performance issues or eventual incompatibility. If support for older versions is phased out, the app may stop functioning entirely.
