Overview

You can delete a neighborhood from your CMS at any time. Deletion is permanent — the neighborhood cannot be recovered after it is removed.

How to delete a neighborhood

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Neighborhoods.
3. Use the search bar to find the neighborhood, or click it from the list.
4. Click the three-dots icon to the right of the neighborhood name.
5. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up to permanently remove the neighborhood.

FAQs

Is deleting a neighborhood permanent?

Yes. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm you have selected the correct neighborhood before clicking Delete.

Does deleting a neighborhood remove it from my website automatically?

Yes. Once deleted from Content → Neighborhoods, the neighborhood page and all its content will no longer appear anywhere on your website.

Does deleting a neighborhood affect any properties associated with it?

No. Deleting a neighborhood removes the neighborhood listing only. Any properties associated with it in Content → Properties are not affected.
