Overview

You can hide a property's price from public view by enabling the Price Upon Request option. This displays the property without a price on your website and encourages direct buyer inquiries.

How to hide a listing price

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. In the left-hand menu, click Price.
5. Check the box labeled Price Upon Request.
6. Click Save in the top-right corner.

How to show the price again

Uncheck the Price Upon Request box and click Save. The price will be visible on your website immediately.

FAQs

Does hiding the price affect MLS sync for the listing?

No. Enabling Price Upon Request only affects how the price appears on your website. It does not change the listing data in the MLS or disconnect any sync.

Does Price Upon Request apply to all places the property appears on my site?

Yes. When Price Upon Request is enabled, the price is hidden wherever the property appears on your website — including property grids, sliders, and the individual listing page.
