How to update the navigation menu and logo in the Home Search Tool settings in Presence®.

Overview

The Home Search Tool has its own navigation menu and logo settings that are configured separately from your main website header. Customizing these ensures a consistent brand experience when visitors use your property search feature.

Note: The navigation and logo configured here only appear within the Home Search Tool interface — not on your main website pages.

How to access Home Search Tool settings

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. In the white top navigation bar, click the three-dots icon next to the Edit button.
4. Select Site Settings from the dropdown.
5. In the left sidebar, click Home Search Tool under the Home Search submenu.
6. Scroll down to the Navigation section.

How to add a single menu item

1. Click the + icon to add a new item.
2. Select New Item.
3. In the Text field, enter the name you want to display in the menu.
4. In the Link field, enter the URL or select a page from your site.

How to create a dropdown menu group

1. Click the + icon to add a new item.
2. Select New Group.
3. In the Text field, enter the group title — this is what displays in the menu.
4. Click the white bar to add sub-menu items.
5. Enter the Text and Link for each sub-item. For external links, enter the full URL.
6. Click the + icon to add more sub-menu items and repeat as needed.

How to reorder menu items

Click and hold the six-dots icon on the item you want to move, drag it to the desired position, and release.

How to remove a menu item

Hover over the item and click the trash can icon. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

How to update the navigation logo

1. Scroll to the Upload Logo section below the Navigation settings.
2. Hover over the current logo and click the pen icon.
3. In the Media Gallery, click Upload Files to upload a new logo from your computer, or click My Images to select an existing one.
4. Click Assign Selected to apply the logo.
5. Click Save.

Recommended logo specs:

• Format — PNG for transparent backgrounds, JPEG for solid backgrounds
• Size — Use the same logo file as your main website for brand consistency
• Quality — High resolution for sharp display on all screen sizes

How to save your changes

Click Save after making all changes. Updates apply to the Home Search Tool immediately.

Troubleshooting: changes not appearing in the Home Search Tool

• Clear your browser cache — your browser may be showing a cached version
• Try an incognito or private browsing window — this bypasses cached data
• Confirm you clicked Save — return to Site Settings and verify your changes are still there
• Confirm you're looking in the right place — these settings only affect the Home Search Tool, not your main website pages
