The main content area of a contact profile displays tabs showing different types of information: Overview (AI summary), Activity (property and search activity), Notes (internal notes), and Messages (AI Lead Nurture conversations). These tabs help you understand what the contact is interested in, how they're engaging, and what the AI has discussed with them.

What Is The Overview Tab?

The Overview tab appears if the contact has AI conversation data. It shows an AI Summary based on messages exchanged between the AI and the contact.

The AI Summary displays key information extracted from conversations:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms they're looking for
• Price range
• Preferred locations
• Financing status
• Timeline and readiness
• Appointment details
• Properties they're interested in

This summary helps you quickly understand their needs without reading through every message.

What Appears In The Activity Tab?

The Activity tab shows a chronological timeline of everything this contact has done on your website.

Property Activities:

• Properties they've viewed
• Properties they've saved or favorited
• Properties they've inquired about
• Properties they've shared
• Properties they've liked or disliked

Saved Search Activities:

• Searches created for this contact
• Searches modified (filter or setting changes)
• Searches deleted

These activities help you track when searches were set up and any changes made over time.

How Do Property Cards Work In The Activity Tab?

Each property activity shows a card with:

• Property image
• Price
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Square footage
• Full address

Click any property card to view complete property details.

How Do I See More Activities?

The timeline initially shows 20 activities. Click "Load more" at the bottom to see additional activities in batches of 20.

What Is The Notes Tab?

If the new notes feature is enabled, you'll have a dedicated Notes tab for managing internal notes about the contact.

Quick Note Input:

1. Type a note directly at the top of the tab
2. Press Enter or click Submit to save

Notes save immediately with your name and timestamp.

How Do I View All Notes For A Contact?

The Notes Timeline shows all notes in chronological order (newest first). Notes are grouped by date, and each note shows:

• Creator name and avatar
• Timestamp
• Note title (if present)
• Note body

How Do I Edit Or Delete A Note?

To view or edit a note:

1. Click any note to open the detail view
2. Edit the title and body fields (your own notes only)
3. Add audio or image attachments (if available)
4. Click Save to update

An "Edited" indicator appears with a timestamp showing when it was last modified.

To delete a note:

1. Click the note to open the detail view
2. Click Delete
3. Confirm deletion

Important: You can only edit or delete your own notes. System-generated notes and notes from other team members are read-only.

What Is The Messages Tab?

If you have AI Lead Nurture enabled, the Messages tab shows the conversation between the AI and your contact.

AI Status shows the current state of the conversation:

• Inactive — No active conversation
• Outreach — AI is actively nurturing
• Responded — Contact has engaged with AI
• Handed off — Ready for personal follow-up
• Appt. requested — Contact requested an appointment
• Already connected — Contact has existing relationship
• Concluded — Conversation ended naturally
• Unsubscribed — Contact opted out
• Ended by you — You manually ended the AI conversation

How Do I View The AI Conversation?

The Message History shows a full chat interface with all messages:

• Contact messages appear on the right
• AI messages appear on the left
• Timestamps and avatars for each message
• Chronologically ordered (oldest first)

Scroll through the conversation to see the complete history.

How Do I End The AI Conversation?

1. Click "End AI Chat" at the bottom of the Messages tab
2. Review the confirmation message
3. Confirm the action

The AI Specialist immediately stops sending messages to this contact, and the status changes to "Ended by you."

Important: This action cannot be undone. The only way to restart AI Lead Nurture is if the contact re-engages by submitting a new inquiry or form on your website.

Can I Send Manual Messages In The AI Thread?

Yes, but sending a manual message will end the AI nurture flow and hand the conversation over to you.

1. Click "Send Manual Message" at the bottom of the Messages tab
2. Type your message
3. Click Send

Important: The lead will assume you are the AI Specialist unless you explicitly introduce yourself. The AI will no longer respond to this contact after you send a manual message.

What If A Contact Has No Activity Or Messages?

If a contact is missing certain information, you'll see helpful empty states explaining what would appear in that section when available.

For example:

• If no activity exists, you'll see a message explaining that activity will appear as the contact interacts with your site
• If AI Lead Nurture is not enabled, the Messages tab will explain that no conversation exists yet
