How to customize the sender and subject line of listing alert emails

How to personalize listing alert emails with a custom sender name, headshot, and subject line.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

From a saved search's alert settings, you can customize the sender and subject line of listing alert emails — so clients see your name and face instead of a generic sender.

How to customize listing alerts

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Find the saved search either:
    • Under Listings, then Save Searches, or
    • Under Contacts, open the lead's profile, then Save Searches
  3. Click the three-dot icon next to the saved search.
  4. Select Edit Alert Settings.
  5. Update any of the following:
    • Search name
    • Frequency
    • Subject line — enter a subject line that fits your voice, for example: "New listings in Brentwood," "Just listed — something you'll love," or "3 new homes in your price range this week"
    • Send Email As — select the agent from the dropdown. The system automatically pulls in that agent's name, headshot, and email address from their CMS profile
  6. Click Save.

Where do I find the Send Email As setting?

What information does the Send Email As field pull in automatically?

The selected agent's name, headshot, and email address are pulled automatically from their agent profile in the CMS. Make sure the agent's profile is complete and up to date for the correct information to appear. See How to add a new agent to your website.

Can I set a different sender for each client's saved search?

Yes. Send Email As is configured per saved search — you can assign different senders to different clients' searches.

My listing alert headshot or logo isn't showing up correctly — what should I do?
