How to use the Home Search filters in Presence®

New property search filters available in the Home Search Tool, Luxury Presence Mobile App, and saved searches.

Overview

Six new filters are available in the Home Search Tool to help visitors narrow their property search more precisely. These filters work across all supported MLS feeds.

New filters

FilterWhat it does
Days on MarketShows only listings added to the market within a selected number of days
Move In DateShows only listings with a move-in date on or before a selected date
Pets AllowedShows only listings where pets are permitted
BasementShows only listings that include a basement
New ConstructionShows only newly built or under-construction listings
Virtual TourShows only listings that include a virtual tour

  • Home Search Tool on your website
  • Luxury Presence Mobile App
  • Saved searches created by you or your team

How to enable additional filters

Some filters — such as Pets Allowed, Basement, and Virtual Tour — may need to be toggled on manually:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click Home Search Settings.
  5. Click Edit Filter Settings.
  6. Toggle on any additional filters available in your MLS feed.
