How to create an AI Voice Note

How to create AI-generated notes and saved searches using voice input in a collaboration.

Note: This feature is available on both desktop and the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Smart Notes lets you speak a prompt and have it automatically converted into a formatted note — or directly into a saved search for a client — using AI Voice Note.

How to create an AI Voice Note

  1. Open a collaboration.
  2. Click or tap the + icon and select Note.
  3. Click or tap AI Voice Note at the bottom.
  4. Speak your prompt. Examples:
    • "Create a search in Tampa, $1M–$2M, 2 beds, 2 baths."
    • "Create a guide on Tampa's top restaurants, schools, events, nightlife, and safety."
  5. Click or tap Stop to end the recording.
  6. The AI generates a formatted, bulleted note from your prompt.

Optional: Enhance the note

After generation, tap Enhance to access additional options:

  • Fix errors
  • Suggest title
  • Improve structure
  • Summarize

Optional: Generate a saved search from the note

If your voice prompt described a property search, swipe and tap Generate Search. A saved search is created automatically from the criteria in your voice input.

Note: The Generate Search button is dynamic — it only appears if your voice note includes specific property criteria (location, price, and beds/baths). If you've spoken all three and the button still doesn't appear, contact our support team, since this may mean the feature isn't yet enabled on your account.

FAQs

Can clients see AI-generated notes?

No. Notes created using AI Voice Note are visible to the agent only. Clients will not see any AI indicators or the note content.

What kinds of prompts work best?

AI Voice Note works well with two types of prompts — property search criteria (location, price, beds, baths) and informational guides (neighborhood highlights, lifestyle content). For search-related prompts, use the Generate Search option to automatically create a saved search from the note.

Why isn't the Generate Search button showing up on my note?

Generate Search only appears when your voice note includes specific property criteria — location, price, and beds/baths. If you included all three and still don't see the button, contact our support team, since this may mean the feature isn't yet enabled on your account.

Where do generated saved searches appear?

Saved searches generated from voice notes appear in the client's Searches tab in their contact profile. See How to create notes and saved searches for a contact in the Mobile App.
