An iframe (inline frame) allows you to display content from another website directly within a page on your Luxury Presence website — useful for embedding third-party forms, tools, videos, or interactive widgets without rebuilding them natively.

What is an iframe?

An iframe acts as a window within your website that loads content from an external source. The content lives on the third-party site but appears embedded inside your page.

Common uses include third-party forms, external tools or widgets, hosted videos, and interactive content from other platforms.

What to consider before using an iframe

Iframes are convenient but come with trade-offs worth understanding before requesting one:

• Permissions — Some websites block their content from being embedded. Confirm with the third-party provider that iframe embedding is allowed before submitting a request
• Performance — Complex or multiple iframes can slow page load times and negatively affect user experience
• Design consistency — Iframe content does not inherit your website's styles. Fonts, colors, and layouts may not match, particularly on mobile
• Content control — You do not control updates made by the third-party provider. Any changes they publish will automatically appear in the iframe on your website
• SEO limitations — Content displayed inside an iframe is typically not indexed by search engines and does not contribute to your website's SEO

Compatibility

Not all iframe codes will work as expected on a Luxury Presence website. Compatibility depends on how the third-party provider structures their code and security settings. If an iframe doesn't display correctly, it may be due to restrictions set by the external provider rather than the Presence® Platform — our team will let you know if this is the case.

How to request iframe integration

Step 1: Obtain the iframe code

Request or copy the iframe embed code from the third-party provider.

Step 2: Submit the code

Send the iframe code to our support team along with details about where the content should appear on your website:

Step 3: Review the preview

Once implemented, our team will provide a preview so you can confirm the content displays correctly. If the iframe is not compatible with your website, we'll let you know.
