Using the correct logo dimensions and file formats ensures your branding looks sharp across every placement — from your site header to the favicon in a browser tab.

File format guidance

PNG is the recommended format for all logo placements. Use a transparent background for header, footer, and loading screen logos.

SVG scales cleanly at any size and works well on websites, but is not supported in Listing Alert emails. Google does not render SVG logos in email templates — always use PNG for any email-related logo placement.

ICO is the traditional favicon format and the most broadly supported across browsers.

FAQs

Why is my logo appearing blurry on some devices?

A blurry logo is usually caused by uploading a file that's too small. Use at minimum 240px wide for header and footer logos, and 300x300px or 500x500px for high-resolution displays.

Why isn't my logo showing in Listing Alert emails?

Where do I upload logos in Presence®?

• Header and footer logos: Global Elements → Header → Layout
• Loading screen logo: Website Styles → Website Branding → Enable Loading Screen
