How to manage colors, fonts, and branding with Website Styles

How to access and use the Website Styles tab to control your website's visual design.

Overview

The Website Styles tab is where you define the visual foundation of your website — colors, fonts, buttons, and branding details. Changes made here apply consistently across every page of your site.

How to access Website Styles

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
  4. Use the left-hand menu to select the style section you want to edit.

Website Styles sections

Colors

Controls your site's core color palette — text, backgrounds, buttons, and links. Choose colors from the color picker or enter specific HEX codes to match your brand. Updating colors here ensures consistency across your entire website.

Note: Color Theme changes apply only to the website you're editing. Changes made here will not affect any other website on your account — each site maintains its own independent Color Theme settings.

Buttons

Controls the appearance of clickable elements throughout your site, including primary and secondary buttons, hyperlinks, pagination, and social icons. You can adjust button colors, shapes, sizes, and hover states.

Typography

Controls the fonts and text styles used across your website. Set font families, sizes, weights, and line spacing for headings, body text, and other text elements. All fonts are sourced from Google Fonts.

Page Border

Controls an optional border around your site's content area. Customize the border's color, thickness, and style to create a framed layout or add visual separation between sections.

Website Branding

Controls brand elements that appear across your site:

  • Favicon — the small icon that appears in browser tabs
  • Loading screen logo — the logo shown while your site loads
  • Property image placeholders — default images shown when no property photo is available
