FAQs

Where did the activity tab go on the mobile app home screen?

The activity tab moved to the bell icon, next to People updates. The list of activity itself hasn't changed — only its location.

Why is my mobile app home screen feed empty?

Your mobile app home screen feed is empty because the feed is built from saved searches, and neither you nor your clients have one yet. The empty state prompts you to create one. Saved searches are mostly created on the Presence® Platform today, so create one there and reopen the app to see your home screen feed populate.

Whose searches feed the mobile app home screen?

Your own searches and your clients' searches feed the mobile app home screen. You can filter the feed to one or the other using the scope filter.

Can I filter the mobile app home screen to one specific client?

No, you can't yet filter the mobile app home screen to one specific client. The scope filter separates your own searches from your clients' searches as a group — filtering to an individual client isn't available yet.

Why is this property in my mobile app home screen feed?

A property is in your mobile app home screen feed because it fell inside the range of one of the saved searches behind your feed. This version is simple on purpose — it tells you a property matched, not which specific part of a buyer's criteria it matched.

Does my client know I shared a property with them from the home screen?

Your client gets the property however you sent it. We record that you shared it, not that they opened it, for anything sent outside the Presence® Platform.

Can I still browse the whole MLS in the mobile app?

Yes, you can still browse the whole Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the mobile app. Search is unchanged.

Does the updated home screen change the Home Search Tool or the Presence® Platform?

No, the updated mobile app home screen doesn't change the Home Search Tool or the Presence® Platform. This update is mobile app only.

Is the updated home screen available on desktop?

No, the updated home screen is only available in the Luxury Presence Mobile App. It isn't available on desktop, the Home Search Tool, or the Presence® Platform.

Do I need to update my app to see the new mobile app home screen?
