Note: Only Admins can add, edit, or remove users. Member and Guest users cannot manage other users or access platform settings.

FAQs

Can a Member edit blog posts?

A Member cannot create or edit blog posts — they have view-only access to that section. Only Admins can create and edit blog posts.

Can a Member see analytics for other agents?

A Member can only access their own agent data and performance metrics. Organization-wide analytics are only available to Admins.

Can a Guest access presentations?

Guests have no access to presentations. Only Admins have full access, and Members can view and manage presentations they created themselves.

A user says they can't access something they should be able to — what should I check?

First, verify their role in Settings → Users and confirm it matches the permissions in the table above. If their role is correct but they still can't access the section, contact our support team via live chat in the Presence® Platform, by email at support@luxurypresence.com, or by phone at 310-955-1077, option 2.
