Overview

After updating your domain's nameservers, DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours before your website is fully accessible to all visitors. During this window, some visitors may see your updated site while others see the old version or nothing at all — this is normal.

This is usually a browser cache issue, not a DNS problem.

To fix it:

1. Clear your browser cache:
   • Chrome / Firefox / Edge: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
   • Safari: Safari menu → Clear History
2. Reload your website.
3. If still showing old content, open your website in an incognito or private browsing window to bypass cached data entirely.

• Domain expired — check your domain registration status at your registrar
• Nameservers were reverted or removed — log in to your registrar and confirm the nameservers are still set correctly
