Why can't I add teams in Presence®?

Who has permission to create and manage teams in the Presence® Platform.

Overview

The ability to create teams is restricted to Admin users. If you have a Member role, you will not see the option to add teams.

To create a team, an Admin user on your account must complete the setup. Contact your account Admin and ask them to create the team on your behalf.
