Overview

Apple periodically updates its Developer Program agreements. If a pending agreement isn't accepted, app updates and changes cannot be submitted. Only the account owner — the person who originally enrolled in the Apple Developer Program — can accept pending agreements.

How to accept a pending agreement

  1. Log in to the account owner's Apple Developer account at developer.apple.com/account.
  2. If an agreement is pending, a notice will appear at the top of the screen immediately after login.
  3. Click Review Agreement.
  4. Read through the agreement and click Agree.

Who can accept the agreement?

Only the account owner — the person who originally enrolled in the Apple Developer Program — can accept pending agreements. Team members or admins added later cannot complete this step.

What happens if I don't accept the agreement?

Pending agreements block app updates. If an agreement isn't accepted, Luxury Presence cannot submit new versions of your app until it's resolved.

How will I know if a new agreement is pending?

Apple sends an email notification when a new agreement requires acceptance. You can also check anytime by logging in to developer.apple.com/account.
