Can I see how many times a specific property was viewed on my website?

What property view data is available in the Presence Platform analytics, what the limitations are, and how to get per-property view counts using Google Analytics.

Overview

The Presence Platform's built-in analytics dashboard shows aggregate property views — the total number of times property detail pages on your website were viewed across all listings. It does not show a breakdown of views per individual property listing.

To see how many times a specific property was viewed, you will need to use Google Analytics, which tracks page-level data for every URL on your website.

Note: Analytics are not available on the Launch plan. If you don't see an Analytics section in your menu, contact our support team to confirm which plan you're on and what analytics options are available to you.

What's available in the Presence Platform analytics dashboard

The built-in analytics dashboard includes a Property Views metric that shows the combined total of all property detail page views across your website. This number is not broken down by individual listing.

To find it:

1. Navigate to the Presence Platform.
2. Click Analytics from the left-hand menu.
3. Select Products and Services.
4. Locate the Property Views metric — this is an aggregate total, not a per-listing breakdown.

How to see views for a specific property using Google Analytics

Google Analytics tracks page views for every individual URL on your website, including each property detail page. This is the only way to see how many times a specific property was viewed.

Note: Luxury Presence connects Google Analytics to your website when it launches. If you don't have access to your Google Analytics account yet, contact our support team with your Google account email address and we'll add you as a viewer before you follow the steps below.

To find per-property view data in Google Analytics:

1. Log in to Google Analytics at analytics.google.com.
2. In the left-hand menu, go to Reports → Engagement → Pages and screens.
3. Use the search bar to filter by the property's URL slug or address.
4. The Views column shows how many times that specific page was viewed in the selected date range.

Why doesn't Presence show per-property view counts?

The Presence Platform's built-in analytics dashboard is designed to give you a high-level overview of your website's performance. Detailed, per-page analytics — including individual property view counts — require page-level tracking, which is handled by Google Analytics. Google Analytics is connected to every Presence® website and provides that level of detail.

I followed the steps to Analytics → Products and Services → Property Views, but I can't find views for a specific listing.

The Property Views metric in Presence shows an aggregate total only — it is not a per-listing breakdown and is not interactive or clickable. To find views for a specific listing, you will need to use Google Analytics. See the steps above for how to filter by individual property URL. If the Analytics section is not loading or appears broken, contact our support team.

How do I get access to Google Analytics for my website?

To get access to Google Analytics for your website, contact our support team with your Google account email address — a Gmail or Google Workspace email. We will add you to your Analytics property and you will receive an email invitation from Google.

How can I show my sellers how much traffic their listing is getting?

Once you have access to Google Analytics, filter by the property's URL to see total views, traffic sources, and time-on-page. You can export this data as a PDF or spreadsheet from the Reports page using the Share/Export icon in the top-right corner — making it easy to include in a seller report or listing presentation. Contact our support team for help pulling a listing-specific report from Google Analytics.
