How to add a testimonial manually after a client leaves a review

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Testimonials.
3. Click Add New.
4. Enter the testimonial text, author name, and any other details.
5. Click Save.
